Yes, YBN are certified to manufacture & distribute supplements. We are governed by two regulatory bodies. Gold Coast City Council & Queensland Safe Foods.

Packaging :

Can I create my own label design, which can be printed on demand by YBN?2021-11-02T15:17:40+10:00

Yes, simply download the labels on the product page you have selected. Send these label files to your graphic designer, then send the files back to YBN in the same file organisation you have downloaded the files in.

The information on the back of the label must match the YBN label, however you can change the design.

You must also include.

1. Your Address
2. If you’re selling within Australia, you must replace the ‘Made inAustralia ‘with the ‘Country of Origin’ information.
3. The back label information must the YBN information exactly.

YBN will need to review each of you labels at a cost of AUD $5 per back label.

If the back label information that does not match the provided YBN label, or the sizing is wrong. You will need to edit the label, and there may be another review charge.

Can I make claims on the packaging?2021-11-02T15:18:14+10:00

No claims can be made on supplements sold within Australia. If you’re purchasing from overseas, it’s your responsibility to uphold the laws within the country you’re selling your supplements. If claims are made on the packaging that clearly donot align with the supplement offers. YBN will request you change the design.

I want YBN to do my packaging design, what’s the process for this?2022-01-19T14:46:36+10:00

1. YBN will send you a packaging design questionnaire
2. YBN’s graphics team will make your packaging based on this questionnaire.
3. You’ll receive 5 revisions
4. You’ll receive a 3D model for each product in your chosen categories.

Important:

Dropship Plan; you will receive 2 unique designs (For 2 categories)
Established Plan; you will receive 5 unique designs (For 5 categories)

YBN only change the text to differentiate the flavours. For example, ‘Banana ‘or ‘Chocolate ‘. We don’t offer a unique design for every flavour.

This process can take anywhere from 1 week to a couple of months, this largely depends on the specificity and timeliness of the information you can provide our graphics team.

There is a 4-month commitment for this service.

Can I purchase a sample with my labels on it?2021-11-02T15:19:05+10:00

Yes, simply purchase through the YBN website & send an email to support@yourbrandnutrition.com. Please follow the label organisation guidelines. As you are not set-up in our system, The order may take up to 10 business days to be dispatched.

The images will be 3D renders of your design; the images will have the exact same shape as the products on the YBN website.

You may opt to do your own product photography to suite your website design.

Can I send my own packaging to your warehouse?2022-01-19T14:48:28+10:00

Yes, YBN can store your packaging and fill it on demand. You’ll be in charge on managing the stock availability of your packaging.

You may consider getting your bags digitally printed. Digitally printed bags have small MQO (100 bags ) which will allow you to have a wide range packaging, without investing too much in upfront packaging costs.

1. Purchase a product from the YBN website you want to private label.
2. Use the product to determine the required size for your packaging.
3. Contact packaging suppliers and request samples of packaging.

No. The shipping label will only have the YBN shipping address, your customers name and delivery address.

YBN take your manufacturing privacy very seriously;YBN only disclose the YBN name if you have given a direction to do so.

How will my customers receive tracking numbers?2022-01-19T14:51:37+10:00

If your platform allows, YBN will insert the tracking number into your customers web order, once the order is closed it out, the trackinggets sent directly to your customer. Alternatively, YBN will email you the tracking number.

How are the parcels packed to prevent damage in transit?2022-01-19T14:54:56+10:00

1. Each product is bubbled wrapped.
2. A carton is cut to the size of the order to prevent movement.
3. Filler is added to prevent movement.
4. Tapped up with ‘Fragile‘ tape.

This process ensures there is a minimal chance the order is damaged in transit.

Some important points

1. YBN does not take responsibility for courier errors, we will act on your behalf to secure a refund from the courier if they damage or lose your parcel.

2. If YBN is at fault in the case of a missing or incorrect product. YBN will rectify it at YBN’s Expense.

3. YBN takes final direction from you when to send replacements to customers.

4. YBN provides a suggested refund policy to place on your website. If you agree to offer your clients this policy, we can act on your behalf automatically (Without your input) through the live chat interaction with your customers (Established Plan Only). This returns policy can be downloaded here.

There will be occasions where you lose out on a particular order due to courier error or customer dissatisfaction. However, providing a quick resolution for your customers, and having guarantees in place increases confidence for new potential buyers, and improves the lifetime value of existing customers. This benefit significantly outweighs the losses that may be incurred on individual orders.

Here is how YBN handles individual scenarios:

A) Product damaged in transit.

Send YBN the following:

  1. Image of the damaged good.
  2. Provide direction if YBN must send another parcel (you will be charged for a new order)
  3. Provide direction if YBN must collect the damaged parcel. The item can only be collected if the damage is only minor (For example, to the label). We can return this to your location (You will be charged for the shipping)

YBN will apply to the courier to obtain a refund on your behalf. If successful, YBN will refund you the amount received by the courier. Couriers refund 70% of the invoice value. This is the invoice YBN sends to you. It does not cover shipping & GST costs.

B) The parcel is missing.

1. Tell YBN the order number.

2. Direct YBN to send another parcel. ( You will be charged for a new order ).

C) Missing item from order product

Send YBN the following:

1. Packing slip with the recorded shipping weight.

YBN will assess the claim against the recorded shipping weight. If it’s concluded it’s a packing error, YBN will send out the missing item immediately.

2. If It’s concluded it’s not a packing error, YBN can resend the product if you direct YBN to do so ( You will be charged for a new order )

You may decide not to refund the customer based on the evidence.

D) Incorrect product delivered

1. Tell YBN the order number

YBN will organise collection of the Incorrect product and dispatch the correct item. ( You will not be charged )

E) Customer not satisfied with the product and requested a refunded

1. Tell YBN the order number
2. Give YBN the direction to collect the order.

YBN will organise collection of the parcel (You will be charged )
YBN will send the unopened product the next time you received an order for that product ( You won’t be charged for the product as you have paid for it previously )

Small: 0-1KG =$9.965
Medium: 1-3KG = $12.43
Large: 3-5KG = $15.70
XL= 5-10KG = $25.00
XXL=10KG = Will be determined on case by case basis.

Note: Shipping from Australia to the rest of the world is usually not feasible. If you desire to ship internationally, it’s best to choose products under 1KG in weight. Over this weight, the products become too expensive to ship. Most companies focus on their country first, and when they are ready to expand, they use 3PL services internationally. YBN can manufacture in bulk and send your product to these 3PL destinations.

How do you charge me for daily orders?2022-01-19T15:08:26+10:00

1. YBNrequest you to sign a credit card authorisation form
2. When you receive an order on your website, you’ll receive the amount you’re charging your customer directly to you.
3. We receive that order automatically and charge your card the dropship price + the shipping rate.

Scenario Example

A customer comes to your website and purchases 3 KG’s of Whey Protein Isolate and 1 Pre-Workout.

You charge: $150 for the 3KGs of Isolate
You charge: $50 for the pre-workout
You charge: $9 for Shipping

You receive a total of $209 from your customer.

This order automatically comes to us. We charge you

Dropship Price WPI = $22.5/KG x 3 = $67.5
Dropship Price Pre-workout = $13.6 x 1 = $13.6
Dropship Shipping Rate (3KG – 5KG) = $15.70

We charge your credit card a total of $96.8

Your Profit = 209 – $98.7 = $112.2

Why is the subscription charge in USD?2022-01-19T15:16:22+10:00

YBN service Australia and US clients. The payment processor only allows 1 currency for subscriptions. If your based in Australia, you’ll be charged in USD for your monthly subscription, your daily orders will be charged in AUD.

What should I do if a customer has an adverse effect after consuming a product?2021-11-02T15:58:20+10:00

In the incredibly rare event that a consumer has an adverse effect after consuming a supplement, including but not limited to the consumer feeling physically or mentallysick. Contact YBN immediately with the order number and request the consumer stop consuming the product immediately.

Every supplement has legal disclaimers and directions that must be followed, it’s up to the consumer to follow this advice. However, YBN will conduct a product investigation when this occurs.

Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate factory visits. As YBN has confidentiality agreements in place with supplement companies, it’s YBN’s duty to protect their confidentiality.
